Squish Marketing is looking for a social media manager to play a critical role in the business by managing our social media accounts and social media client relationships.

We are a small business at a really important stage of development. We have ambitious growth plans and are looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey.

This position is 100% remote, however we will be moving into Telford-based offices in the future so it is important you are in a commutable distance of this location.

Objectives of this role:

To manage client relationships ensuring strategies are delivered and client goals are met for all Squish Marketing's social media clients. To deliver the social media strategies for each client. To ensure the highest quality service is delivered to Squish Marketing's clients.

Main Duties

Work closely with MD to ensure a successful and high quality social media service is delivered to all clients. Produce and deliver social media strategies that are focused on meeting our client's social media goals. Deliver social media ad campaigns across both Meta and LinkedIn ads. Manage the onboarding of new social media clients. Produce and deliver monthly reports for each client and analyse account performance. Manage and nurture the relationship with each client to ensure longevity of relationship and continuous growth in opportunities. Manage the social media strategy for Squish Marketing to support the growth of the business. Continuous professional development in the latest social media trends, updates, and relevant information that keeps Squish Marketing at the forefront of social media activity.

The person

You must have a real passion for social media and the desire to join a growing social media agency. You must have experience managing social media account and delivering successful paid and organic social media strategies. You must be highly organised to manage multiple client content calendars. A confident communicator is essential in order to nurture client relationships.
The role is full time, however we would consider hours between 27.5 -37.5 per week on a pro-rata basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
