Due to continued growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit a Social Media Manager. Reporting to our Content Marketing Manager and working across the Group, our Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing, growing and revolutionizing our clients current and new social media channels for both their online shop and business. You will be in charge of implementing a clear and innovative social media strategy that pushes the boundaries and makes our client stand out. You will be savvy about the latest social tricks and trends, you will manage the creation and production of all social media content including video and livestreams, etc. Responsibilities Include: \xc2\xb7 Developing and implementing our clients social commerce strategy and continuously improving the performance across all key metrics \xc2\xb7 To produce a range of social content our clients online shop and business \xc2\xb7 Producing social content to support tactical campaigns and key trading events \xc2\xb7 Developing social media content to support new brand and product launch campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Creating educational social content to support the launch of key online initiatives. \xc2\xb7 Creating community-driven social content that is specifically targeted to certain audiences and channels to attract new customers. \xc2\xb7 Scheduling all content for both online shop and clinic across our existing social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube and Pinterest. \xc2\xb7 Working alongside our in-house Paid Social team to produce targeted and paid-specific social content to support campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Researching, identifying and developing ongoing relationships with new social influencers and brand ambassadors to work with. \xc2\xb7 Creating social media content briefs for all planned paid influencer activity across all channels. \xc2\xb7 Contributing to new social media content ideas in monthly and quarterly planning sessions. \xc2\xb7 Providing monthly social media reporting across all channels to the wider management team. \xc2\xb7 Working alongside our clients external PR agency to head up social activity for all creative campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Managing social media coverage during key offline company activities including influencer events, photoshoots, and PR launches. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring new social trends within the beauty and wider industries to produce reactive, viral-worthy content across all social media channels. \xc2\xb7 Launching and cultivating our community programme, through turning existing customers into brand advocates which provide ongoing support and guidance \xc2\xb7 Working alongside our brand partners to provide input and strategy for all affiliated social activity. Duties:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply them to improve social media presence
- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in content creation and curation
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills Skills:
- Public relations: Ability to build relationships with influencers, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online reputation.
- Social media management: Proficiency in managing social media accounts, scheduling posts, analyzing data, and implementing strategies.
