We are looking for a creative and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital content, branding, and building an online presence across multiple industries.

Role Overview

As our Social Media Marketing Apprentice, you will support all three businesses by planning, creating, and managing engaging content across our digital platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your marketing skills while playing a key role in strengthening each brand's online identity.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Content Creation: Plan, design, and produce posts, stories, and reels tailored to each business. Scheduling & Posting: Maintain a structured content calendar and ensure consistent posting across platforms. Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages, interact with followers, and help build vibrant online communities. Analytics: Track performance data and provide insights to help improve content, reach, and engagement. Brand Alignment: Ensure all content reflects the tone, style, and goals of each business. Flexibility: Support marketing needs across all businesses to ensure cohesion and brand growth.

What We're Looking For

Creativity: Strong visual sense and passion for creating engaging digital content. Proactivity: Ability to take initiative and work independently without constant direction. Organisation: Comfortable managing multiple content streams and deadlines. Communication: Clear, friendly, and professional written communication. Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and basic design tools such as Canva. Willingness to Learn: Enthusiastic about developing skills in digital marketing and brand storytelling.

Qualifications & Requirements

No prior experience required, but interest in social media and digital content is essential. Confidence using Canva or experience with Photoshop or Illustrator Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media scheduling tools. A creative portfolio or examples of previous content (if available) would be beneficial.
