Gold Care Homes are seeking a Social Media and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team on a fixed term contract of 6 months to cover leave. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage with our target audience effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Gold Care social media channels
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
• Create engaging content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media platforms for trends and opportunities and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.
• Analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance
• Support the marketing team with other duties, including events, content writing and coordinating marketing activity at our homes.

Experience/Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of public relations and social media management is a plus.
