We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management and public relations. Assist in the development of public relations initiatives that complement social media efforts.

Skills

Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms. Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous. Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights from performance metrics. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with social media advertising tools is a plus.
