Role Overview:

We're looking for a

Social Media Marketing & Content Creator

who can take charge of our digital presence -- from brainstorming ideas to creating visuals and interacting with customers online. You'll work closely with our kitchen staff and clients to bring our brand to life through creative posts, photos, videos, and campaigns that reflect our passion for food and community.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) Create high-quality visual content -- photos, videos, stories, and posters -- that highlight our products and people Collaborate with kitchen staff to capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments and new menu items Engage with customers online: respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a warm, friendly tone Keep an eye on social trends and adapt strategies to stay relevant and fresh Suggest and experiment with creative campaign ideas, collaborations, and local partnerships Track performance (reach, engagement, etc.) and recommend improvements

Skills & Tools:

Proficiency with

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or alternatives such as

Figma

,

Canva

, and

CapCut

Strong eye for design, composition, and storytelling Basic photography and videography skills (smartphone or camera) Excellent communication and time management Curiosity to learn and grow -- we value enthusiasm over experience
