Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with our audience. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. Respond promptly to comments and messages on social media platforms, fostering positive interactions with followers. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management and public relations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in public relations or social media management is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance metrics. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills as needed.
