, offering the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and scaling our digital advertising performance across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads

. Develop audience targeting strategies to maximise ROI and lead generation. Write engaging ad copy, select effective visuals, and test creative variations for performance improvement. Monitor campaign analytics daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to optimise conversions and cost efficiency. Collaborate with the design and content teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategy and brand voice. Prepare detailed performance reports and recommend data-driven strategies for growth. Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital advertising.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing paid campaigns on at least two major social media platforms. Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with

Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics

. Excellent copywriting, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable results. Immediate availability to start preferred.
