Responsibilities

Plan, script, film, and edit short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms. Come up with creative ideas that fit our brand tone and connect with our audience. Write engaging captions and short scripts for each video. Follow trending sounds, challenges, and storytelling formats to keep content relevant. Analyse video performance and adapt future content based on engagement. Collaborate online with the marketing team for campaign planning and content scheduling.

Skills & Requirements

Proven experience creating social media videos (TikTok / Reels / YouTube Shorts). Strong imagination and ability to develop unique, viral-worthy content ideas. Skilled in video editing tools such as

CapCut

,

Premiere Pro

, or

Final Cut Pro

. Basic understanding of social media trends, engagement algorithms, and storytelling techniques. Reliable, organised, and able to meet deadlines independently. Bonus: experience with product-based content or influencer collaborations.
