We're looking for a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager
to join our dynamic team and help us elevate our brand to new heights. As a start-up, this will give you an opportunity to quickly develop into a head marketing position, and allow you to set strategies, systems and creatives yourself.

As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our online presence, responsible for creating and managing engaging content across all social media platforms. You will spot emerging trends and capitalize on them to keep our brand relevant and resonant with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content (including images, videos, and written posts) that is consistent with our brand voice and style. Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Youtube, X, Pinterest.
Trend Spotting:
Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and leveraging emerging social media trends and cultural moments to maximize engagement and reach.
Strategy Development:
Craft and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates. You will be guided through the process by in-house marketing consultant.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Community Management:
Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. Source and communicate with relevant creators who can promote the brand. Ability to be resourceful with a limited budget.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, design, and product teams, to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.
Paid Campaigns:
Create, manage and monitor paid marketing on our channels: Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Google ads
Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central, Video editing, web editing will be an advantage.
Previous experience in events and print marketing will be an advantage.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and trend analysis.

Strong understanding of major social media platforms
(Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Fluent in English
Creative mindset
with the ability to think outside the box and spot emerging trends before they go mainstream.
Ability to work fast and under pressure.
Proficiency in social media management
tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Digital paid marketing and Google ads proven track record and understanding
Budgeting and third party communication skills required. You will be responsible to source and manage online and offline collaborations, partnerships and all together create and respond to opportunities
Strong attention to detail
Ability to adapt
Required Qualifications:
Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Knowledge of SEO and how it applies to social media content.
Experience in the same or similar role within marketing, social media management.
Fluent in English, both verbally and written
