Marketing Manager

My client is a well-known womenswear fashion brand that operate on both an online and wholesale basis, they work with a variety of well-known retailers and influencers.

They are seeking a motivated individual to join their marketing team as a Marketing Manager. You will have experience in working as a marketing or social media manager, preferably in the fashion field.

This is a really exciting opportunity to join an ever growing team in the heart of Manchester.

The Role:

• Manage the social and influencer teams working collaboratively with them to create fluid strategies across departments
• Work with the directors to implement and execute the marketing strategy
• Manage the marketing calendar and ensure all promotions, and marketing ideas are executed efficiently
• Hold and lead team meetings to ensure the marketing team is working efficiently as a team
• Work alongside the paid search manager to have an aligned strategy
• Come up with constant new ideas to keep the marketing strategy fresh
• Analysis of cultural, community, media, and market trends to inform strategic and creative development for content
• Lead aspects of developing and executing marketing strategies across brand, product, and partnerships against our marketing calendar

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years experience in marketing or social media management preferably - within fashion and ecommerce
• Experience in managing a marketing or social media team
• Experience in briefing & managing content assets
• Advanced knowledge of all major social media platform and publishing & analytic tools
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic about learning
• Attention to detail and creative eye
• Forward thinking and innovative approach to marketing strategy
• Good communication and confident to show initiative
• Ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage projects
• Good time management and can work with pace
