Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
Monitor social media channels for customer engagement and respond promptly to comments and messages
Analyse performance metrics to optimise content effectiveness and increase audience engagement
Manage online reputation by addressing public relations issues proactively
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce visually appealing and on-brand content
Stay informed about the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and public relations to ensure innovative approaches
Organise campaigns that promote organisational initiatives and events to maximise reach and visibility
Skills
Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences
Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
Ability to analyse data analytics tools to measure campaign success and inform future strategies
Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and branding consistency
