Live Host Specialist to

In this role, you will be responsible for hosting entertaining, informative, and sales-driven live sessions on various platforms, aimed at growing our online presence, engaging with our audience in real-time, and driving traffic, sales, or brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Host regular live streams on either solo or with guests, to promote products, services, or brand initiatives. Engage with viewers in real-time: respond to comments, answer questions, and maintain a lively, positive energy throughout. Collaborate with the marketing/content team to plan and script live content, promotional strategies, and talking points. Maintain a consistent live streaming schedule and meet performance targets (e.g. views, engagement, conversions). Use features like product links, pinning comments, filters, and effects to enhance the live experience. Analyze performance metrics from live sessions and suggest improvements. Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and best practices to optimize live performance.

Requirements:

Strong on-camera presence and communication skills. Experience with live streaming or content creation (various Platforms). Knowledge of platform and audience behavior. Ability to think on your feet and adapt in a fast-paced, live environment. Basic knowledge of content marketing, social media strategy, or e-commerce is a plus. Sales-driven mindset and product knowledge preferred. Comfortable using ring lights, microphones, and basic livestream setups.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience as a live host, influencer, or brand ambassador. Familiarity with Analytics and Creator Tools. Creative mindset with a good sense of humor and trend awareness. Multilingual abilities are a bonus.
