Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of public relations and social media management, as well as the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target market.

Duties

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities; respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy. Assist in public relations efforts by promoting events, launches, and other initiatives through social media platforms.

Skills

Proven experience in public relations and social media management is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Proficiency in using various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track performance metrics. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through digital mediums.

Pay: 23,809.50-23,900.00 per year
