Social Media Manager
to help grow our online presence and connect with our community.
Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels) across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Promote classes, workshops, and performances with clear, on-brand messaging
Capture and edit photos/videos during sessions and events (with appropriate permissions)
Monitor social media trends and respond to messages/comments
Collaborate with the team to support marketing goals and student recruitment
Track analytics and suggest improvements based on engagement
What We're Looking For:
Passion for theatre and working with young people
Strong written and visual content skills
Confidence with tools like Canva, Instagram Reels, Facebook Business Suite, etc.
Self-motivated and organised, with a keen eye for detail
Ideally local to East Grinstead or nearby
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: 12.00-17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 5 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
