We are seeking a talented and motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and help elevate our franchise brand's online presence. This role involves developing and executing creative social media strategies to engage our audience, promote franchise locations, and drive brand awareness across multiple platforms. Additionally, the candidate will handle customer inquiries related to arranging social events, ensuring excellent service and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create engaging content including images, videos, and copy that align with brand guidelines. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimise campaigns. Collaborate with franchisees and internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a vibrant online community. Handle customer inquiries related to social event bookings, providing excellent support and coordinating arrangements. Assist with paid social media advertising to enhance reach and engagement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within a franchise or multi-location brand. Strong creative and copywriting skills. Excellent customer service skills, with experience handling inquiries and coordinating events. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and derive insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Flexibility to travel occasionally between Leicester and Watford.
