We are seeking a

creative, hands-on Social Media and Videography Specialist

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies while producing high-quality videos, clips, and reels that enhance our brand presence and connect with our audience. This role blends social media management, content creation, and videography -- requiring both creative vision and technical skill.

Duties

Develop, implement, and manage effective social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube to grow brand awareness and engagement. Plan, film, and edit

short-form videos, reels, and promotional clips

for use across social media platforms. Capture and produce creative visual content that highlights key services, campaigns, and behind-the-scenes activities. Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to ensure consistency of message, tone, and brand identity. Create engaging posts, stories, and captions aligned with audience interests and marketing goals. Monitor social media channels, track performance metrics, and respond to comments and inquiries promptly. Analyse data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimise future strategies. Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques, and social media best practices to ensure innovative content delivery.

Experience & Skills

Proven experience in

social media management

and

videography/content creation

. Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut). Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Excellent communication, storytelling, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute creative ideas.
