you will play a vital role within our E-Commerce team, assisting in planning, implementing, and optimising paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others. Crucially you will help drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our business.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
Familiarity with platforms like Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc. is a plus but not essential--training can be provided.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data in Excel/Google Sheets.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills for working with colleagues
Interest in social media trends, digital marketing, and online consumer behaviour.
Strong numeracy skills and the ability to work with large data sets.
Familiarity with marketing attribution models beyond last-click.
Direct experience with paid social campaigns for a minimum of a year.
