Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy across multiple restaurant sites within our small independent group.

This role is based at our head office in Weston-super-Mare, you'll play a key role in shaping our brand identity, driving customer engagement, and increasing footfall and sales through both traditional and digital channels--especially social media.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with company goals and brand values. Manage all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with engaging content, regular posting, and community interaction. Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and seasonal offers. Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, including menus, posters, flyers, and digital content. Collaborate with restaurant managers to support site-specific marketing needs and events. Monitor and analyse performance metrics (Google Analytics, social insights, footfall trends) to guide strategy. Liaise with designers, photographers, influencers, and local press as needed. Stay up to date on local competition, industry trends, and digital best practices.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, food & beverage, or retail. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and a keen eye for visual content. Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms. Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Full UK driving licence (occasional site visits required).
