Analyse performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven adjustments. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media management. Assist in public relations efforts by promoting positive stories about the company through social media channels.

Skills

Proven experience in public relations and social media management is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design software or tools. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling through digital platforms. Understanding of SEO principles as they relate to social media content is advantageous.
