Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic New Media Operations Specialist with a focus on gaming to manage our gaming-centric short video accounts and multi-channel digital presence. This role involves strategizing content, setting up and nurturing platform accounts, and executing promotional campaigns to drive user growth and enhance market presence. By leveraging data insights, you will refine content and campaign outcomes, boosting user retention and conversion rates. You'll craft engaging, trend-driven content to elevate user interaction and brand impact. Collaboration with marketing, product, and tech teams will be key to achieving operational success.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee short video accounts on platforms like TikTok, handling account planning, setup, content curation, script creation, video publishing, fan interaction, campaign strategies, and promotional efforts. Partner with marketing teams and content creators to scale user acquisition, expand market share, and enhance performance metrics for business growth. Work alongside product, operations, and tech teams to streamline user acquisition processes, improve retention, and increase paid conversion rates, driving overall project success. Monitor trending topics on new media platforms, creating game-aligned content to produce high-quality, engaging material that boosts fan loyalty and interaction. Conduct regular analyses of high-performing content, proposing actionable improvements to optimize future content strategies.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in new media operations; a background in literature or related fields is a plus, with preference for candidates with proven successful case studies. Capable of independently managing platforms such as WeChat Official Accounts, Weibo, TikTok, and Kuaishou, with strong familiarity with global platforms like Facebook, X, and Discord, as well as expertise in advertising on platforms like Facebook and Google. Skilled in developing and implementing new media strategies and organizing various digital campaigns. Responsible for daily content creation, planning, posting, updating, and managing new media platforms, while building and maintaining diverse social media channels. Proficient in analyzing account performance data, offering strategic recommendations to enhance fan engagement and sustain active communities. Manage the company's multi-platform media ecosystem, create user acquisition plans, evaluate promotional content performance, and analyze user behavior to optimize strategies. Knowledgeable about mobile game launch processes, with proficiency in managing Android and iOS backend systems.

: 25,000-32,000 per year
