Social Media & Reservations Coordinator

What you'll be doing:
Creating engaging, on-brand content for our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & more)
Growing our online following and increasing engagement
Managing DMs, inquiries, and bookings in a timely and professional manner
Promoting events and offers to drive sales and reservations
Tracking performance and brainstorming creative campaigns
Collaborating with our team to keep messaging consistent and effective
What we're looking for:
?Strong writing and communication skills
?A creative eye and solid understanding of social platforms
? Experience with content tools like Canva, CapCut, etc. (bonus, not required)
? Organized and self-motivated -- you'll be trusted to own your space
? Customer-focused with a passion for helping people have a great experience
