We're a customer focused team with a strong brand and reputation -- now looking for a talented part-time Social Media Manager to strengthen our presence across key platforms.

The Role

We're looking for someone who can manage and grow our organic social channels in a professional, credible, and consistent way. This isn't about hype or viral content, it's about clarity, trust, and creating a strong ongoing narrative for the Bettermove brand and our Director. You'll work closely with the leadership team to plan, create, and schedule content across facebook, Instagram, X and other platforms, maintaining our distinct tone and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, and X/Twitter

Write and edit posts in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice

Manage comments, messages, and engagement professionally

Create or coordinate visuals with our in-house designer/freelancers

Monitor and report on performance analytics

Research property trends and competitor content for inspiration

Support wider marketing initiatives where needed

About You

Experienced in social media (agency, freelance or in-house background)

Strong writing skills and brand-voice awareness

Professional, organised, and self-managing

Understanding of LinkedIn, facebook and Instagram best practices

Comfortable with part-time freelance work and remote collaboration

Able to demonstrate results and consistency

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15.00-17.00 per hour
