Content & Social Media Specialist

to be part of our team, working closely with us on-site, understanding our brand, and helping us elevate our presence in the fashion industry.

About Us:

We are Creative Sample Studio, a dynamic fashion design bureau focused on innovative craftsmanship and client engagement. Our team actively discusses collections, designs garments, and interacts with clients in meetings and calls. The person in this role will play a key part in capturing the creative journey, managing social media, and guiding our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Be physically present in-house 3 days a week to take photos, record videos, and gather content during fittings, meetings, garment making and daily operations Manage all content production--photos, videos, styling--using smartphones or cameras Edit videos and images, create compelling posts, captions, and stories Understand our brand's market position and help guide marketing and content strategies accordingly Develop creative ideas for social media content that aligns with our brand's vision and services Schedule, plan, and publish posts on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms Respond promptly to client inquiries, comments, and messages to foster engagement Assist in defining overall marketing direction, ensuring content supports business goals Provide insights on market trends and competitor activity Maintain a social, active presence online, engaging with followers and clients

What We're Looking For:

Experience in fashion content creation, social media management, and digital marketing Skilled in photography, videography, editing, and content planning Strong understanding of Instagram and other social platforms Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude Good sense of fashion trends, branding, and market positioning Able to work on-site 3 days a week, with the flexibility to support digital activities remotely Creative thinker with strategic insights and ability to adapt content based on changing needs Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
