(Healthcare | Part-time or Full-time | Hybrid - London)
What if your next role wasn't just about social media -- but about helping people through one of life's biggest journeys?
For almost 30 years, ARGC has been known as the clinic that takes on the toughest fertility cases and achieves some of the UK's highest verified success rates. Our multidisciplinary team of doctors, embryologists, nurses, and administrators all share one goal -- helping patients achieve their dream of starting a family.
Now we're bringing that same focus and innovation to how we show up online.
The Role
We're looking for a
creative, proactive Social Media Specialist
to join our patient experience and innovation team.
You'll play a key role in helping us grow our following and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube -- building a genuine community, not just posting for the sake of it.
You'll work closely with doctors, nurses, embryologists, and our communications team to capture expert insights and turn them into stories and content that inform, inspire, and support people through one of life's most emotional journeys.
This is a hands-on role for someone who's both strategic and creative -- comfortable managing projects from concept through to delivery.
What You'll Do
Plan, create, and manage social media content and campaigns from start to finish
Collaborate with our clinical and comms teams to source and simplify complex information
Analyse performance data and use insights to improve engagement and reach
Support the development of patient-led digital projects to enhance the experience of care
Stay ahead of trends, tools, and opportunities to help us connect more meaningfully with our audience
About You
You're naturally curious, creative, and empathetic -- someone who knows how to connect with people and tell meaningful stories. You're confident managing social channels end to end and comfortable interviewing subject matter experts to bring ideas to life.
You'll likely have:
3+ years of experience managing social media for brands (health or women's health a plus)
Strong skills in social media management and analytics
Hands-on experience with short-form video, editing, and design tools
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
A proactive, collaborative approach and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A genuine interest in healthcare or fertility -- and a desire to make a positive impact
