The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy specifically for Mandarin-speaking markets, with a strong understanding of Chinese social platforms, cultural nuances, and trends. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, engaging with our community, and driving online traffic and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for Mandarin-speaking audiences across platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin, and others.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging, and culturally relevant content in Mandarin.
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and influencers on a daily basis to build a strong community and customer relationships.
Track, analyze, and report on KPIs to measure the success of campaigns and content performance.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, customer service) to align messaging and promotional efforts.
Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices in the Chinese digital landscape.
Manage paid social campaigns and work with external partners or agencies as needed.
Translate and localize brand messages and campaigns from English to Mandarin when applicable.
