Overview

You'll be part of the everyday heartbeat of TSHKA, working in our studio (which also operates as our warehouse and office).
Your days will include a mix of

creative content work

and

practical studio support

, helping keep everything running smoothly while keeping our brand presence vibrant and authentic online.

Responsibilities

Studio & Warehouse

Pack and ship online orders accurately and efficiently Organise stock, samples, and new arrivals in the studio Prepare PR packages and assist with product drops Help set up and tidy the studio before and after shoots

Social Media & Content

Film and appear in Reels/TikToks (try-ons, packaging, behind the scenes, styling clips, etc.) Capture day-to-day content in the studio for our social platforms Assist with influencer send-outs, tracking, and content uploads Engage with the community -- reply to DMs, comments, and messages

General

Support on content days and photoshoots (styling, dressing models, BTS filming) Assist the team with daily studio tasks and creative projects

We're Looking For Someone Who

Loves fashion and creating social media content Is confident on camera and knows current TikTok/Instagram trends Is reliable, organised, and comfortable doing hands-on work (packing, sorting stock) Has a positive, can-do attitude and wants to grow with a creative brand Lives in or near London and can commute easily to the studio

Pay: 11.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 per week
