Established and respected in our field for 25 years, McKee's Country Store and Restaurant, successfully operate a thriving Farm Shop which has become a popular destination and often described as a 'food emporium'. Our passion and drive throughout is producing our farm produce offering family meals, boasting an extensive delicatessen and a 140-seater Restaurant. McKee's Country Store and Restaurant is a family run business maintaining 80+ staff members. We Farm - Beef Cattle, Lamb, Poultry and Egg. Food traceability being key to winning our customer fan base.
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled marketing professional to manage our social media accounts, maintain our website, and develop engaging campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently while aligning with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and create content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), ensuring engagement and growth.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote seasonal products, events, and special offers.
Maintain and update the farm shop website, ensuring accurate product listings, blog posts, and overall functionality.
Oversee email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotions to keep customers informed and engaged.
Analyse social media and website performance metrics to improve digital marketing strategies.
Coordinate with suppliers and local partners to develop collaborations and promotional opportunities.
Plan and execute photography and video content showcasing our farm shop, produce, and community initiatives.
Engage with online customer inquiries, comments, and reviews in a professional and friendly manner.
Stay updated on industry trends to enhance digital marketing strategies.
Day time work, Monday to Friday, no evenings or Sundays
Immediate Start.
