We're a friendly, family estate agency looking for a Social Media & Admin Assistant to join our team!
If you're confident using Instagram and Facebook, love keeping things organised, and enjoy chatting with people, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) - creating posts, property videos, general advertising/marketing, replying to messages, and helping grow our online presence
Handling general admin tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations
Answering phone calls and liaising with clients in a friendly, professional manner
Occasionally carrying out property viewings.
What We're Looking For:
Confident using Instagram & Facebook
Organised, proactive and reliable with good communication skills
Able to work independently from home most of the time
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car (for occasional drop-offs or errands)
Previous experience in social media, admin, or estate agency is a bonus but not essential
