Duties

Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions; respond appropriately to foster community engagement. Support the scheduling and publishing of content using social media management tools. Analyse social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative campaigns that increase online presence. Conduct research on current trends and best practices in social media management and public relations. Assist in organising online events or campaigns to promote brand initiatives.

Skills

Strong interest in social media management and digital marketing strategies. Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail. Basic understanding of public relations principles and how they apply to social media platforms. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas. Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights from social media analytics tools is a plus.
