Role Overview:


As a Social Mobility Advocate at Freeminds Foundation, you will be part of a passionate team dedicated to promoting social mobility for all individuals, regardless of their background or socioeconomic status. In this role, you will support our mission by championing diversity and inclusion, working to empower vulnerable communities, and helping to create pathways for upward mobility through education, advocacy, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in developing and delivering workshops and programs focused on education, career development, and social empowerment. Work directly with underserved communities to provide guidance, resources, and support for personal and professional growth. Advocate for diversity and inclusion within the local community, ensuring equal opportunities for all members. Collaborate with other volunteers and staff to create and implement initiatives that foster social mobility. Engage in outreach activities to raise awareness about Freeminds Foundation's mission and services.

Skills & Qualifications:



Passion for social justice, diversity, and inclusion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds. Previous experience in community work, education, or advocacy (preferred but not required).
