About the Role


We're looking for a talented

Social Value and Content Manager

to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in shaping our communications and social value strategies, working closely with internal teams and client-side social value managers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about making a positive impact through clear communication and purposeful content.

Key Responsibilities



Plan, create, and deliver content across digital and print platforms (web, email, social media, brochures, internal comms, event materials). Develop and implement social value strategies with our clients. Write engaging content tailored to technical and commercial audiences. Visit our projects across London and collect and create interesting content via videos, pictures and writing. Design visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and strategy. Support marketing efforts for product launches, internal updates, and events. Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels. Monitor performance metrics to optimise future content.

What We're Looking For



2-4 years of experience in content creation, communications, or marketing (B2B or technical sectors preferred). Strong writing and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex ideas. Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe). Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A team player with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
