About the Role

As part of our evolving Social Value (SV) strategy, we are offering a unique opportunity for a passionate individual to join us in a part-time capacity to support our customer, Department of Finance, in delivering meaningful social impact.



This role is ideal for someone living with a disability who is looking for flexible, purpose-driven work. You will work closely with the Social Value Manager and the client account team to co-ordinate and deliver initiatives that promote inclusion, community engagement, and long-term social benefit.


Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and delivery of Social Value initiatives aligned to our client's goals and community priorities. Assist in coordinating small-scale community engagement activities, both virtual and in-person (where accessible). Help maintain records of activities, outcomes, and feedback to support reporting and continuous improvement. Contribute to storytelling and communications that highlight the impact of our client's Social Value work. Participate in regular check-ins with the Social Value Manager to share updates and shape future activities. Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to ensure initiatives are inclusive and accessible.


Qualifications



What We're Looking For

A genuine interest in community engagement and social impact. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time effectively and work independently. Comfortable using basic IT tools (e.g., email, Word, Teams). Willingness to learn and contribute ideas. Experience (voluntary or professional) in community, education, or advocacy work is a plus.
