Here at Fortem we are currently recruiting for an experienced and confident Social Value Coordinator to join our team. This is a field-based role with a mix of home-working and travelling to events and sites, however being based around our office in Cambridge would be advantageous due to the area you would be covering.
The Company
Fortem Solutions are a nationwide business specialising in the Social Housing sector. We provide Repairs & Maintenance, Retrofit, Capital Works and Decarbonisation workstreams within Local Authorities and Housing Associations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Working on a full-time basis, you will aim to support local teams to deliver social value action plans and maximise outcomes to bring benefit to the communities in which we operate. You'll be expected to develop, deliver, monitor and report our social value activity to ensure targets are achieved and in doing so, support our sustainability strategy.
What You Will Need
Essential Criteria: o Front line Client Liaison experience o Ability to present and deliver training o Ability to work independently and use initiative o Strong communication skills o Awareness of diversity issues o Full driving licence Desirable Criteria: o Experience in social housing o Experience of CSR activities
