We're looking for a Social Value Advisor to join our Places team based in London.

Location:

London

Hours: 32

hours per week - flexible working available, 1 year fixed term contract

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Social Value Advisor, you'll be working within the Places team, supporting them in delivering and reporting on social value activities across pre-construction and construction phases.



Your day to day will include:


Creating and implementing social value plans for individual projects, including engaging with suppliers and clients Supporting site teams with the delivery and organisation of social value initiatives Tracking progress against social value metrics and implementing mitigation strategies where needed Delivering social value initiatives aligned with client expectations and future project pipelines Enhancing awareness and understanding of social value across the region

What are we looking for?

This role of Social Value Advisor is great for you if:


You have a passion for delivering for communities and engaging with diverse stakeholders You have previous experience within construction, social value, the charity sector, education, or similar community-focused roles You possess strong data/statistical analysis, reporting, and critical thinking skills You have excellent communication skills and the ability to travel to and between sites and external events You're confident using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

A Full Driving Licence is required (does not need to be a UK licence).
