We are currently recruiting a Social Value Manager to drive our purpose of Improving Lives.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive Social Value Manager to lead the delivery of social value across live projects. You will turn commitments into practical outcomes, ensuring projects deliver on time, on budget, and with measurable impact. This role requires hands-on ownership, managing partners and initiatives on the ground, and championing our purpose of Improving Lives through meaningful action.

Under the direction of the Social Impact Executive, you will manage the operational delivery of the Social Value function, managing and developing the Social Value Co-ordinator and supporting project teams to embed Social Value in day-to-day operations. Strong organisational and project-management skills are essential, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities across sites and offices. You will ensure robust reporting and evidence-gathering to demonstrate the real difference Social Value is making.

This is an opportunity to shape how social value is delivered while supporting wider business objectives. You will turn commitments into tangible impact for communities, clients, and colleagues, driving positive outcomes and Improving Lives every step of the way.

Previous experience within social value is essential; however, previous experience within construction isn't mandatory but would be desirable. This role requires regular travel; therefore, a full UK driving licence is essential with access to a vehicle.

The role of Social Value Manager at Casey

Lead on the day-to-day delivery of Social Value commitments across live projects.

Provide direct line management, development, and performance oversight of the Social Value Co-ordinator, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and progression.

Act as the operational authority for Social Value initiatives, events and programmes.

Manage and coordinate community, education, employment and skills activity.

Support the Social Impact Executive by freeing capacity for strategy, BD and senior engagement.

Ensure robust data capture, evidence and reporting aligned to client frameworks and internal systems.

What do you receive in return?

Salary

between 40,000 - 50,000 depending on experience

Car Allowance

of 4,500 per annum
