We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Work Team Manager within our Community Care Team in North Walsham, covering North Norfolk.

About the role
As Team Manager, you'll provide strong leadership and a clear social work voice within an integrated system. This is a hybrid role requiring a strong presence alongside your teams, fostering collaboration and supporting our journey towards an Integrated Care System.
You'll champion Human Learning Systems, embedding a person-centred, strengths-based approach that drives innovation and continuous improvement. Alongside this, you'll ensure financial compliance and adherence to purchase of care budgets, balancing quality and sustainability.
You'll join a committed, supportive local management team, lead on key locality portfolio areas, and guide a diverse staff group to deliver outstanding services. In return, you'll receive excellent support and supervision to help you thrive.
