About the role

Are you an experienced Social Worker looking for a role where your skills truly make a difference? Adult Social Care on the Isle of Man is recruiting a qualified professional to join our Adult Learning Disabilities Team in a full-time, permanent position.


Our team provides an island-wide assessment and care planning service for adults with learning disabilities. You'll play a key role in supporting individuals aged 1865, ensuring they receive the right care and support to live fulfilling lives.


In this role, you will organise and facilitate assessments, develop and implement personalised care plans, and apply social work ethical principles and values in practice. You'll work within the FAC's Operational Guidance to maintain high standards and consistent processes. Your expertise and commitment will help deliver a service that makes a real impact.

Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of 250 per month.
