Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to support individuals and families in overcoming challenges and improving their quality of life. This role involves providing guidance, advocacy, and support to clients while working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining and enhancing the quality of life and well being of older people and their families and promote independence, autonomy, and dignity Enable people to be safe, as independent as possible and to live the lives they want. Adults of all ages can need extra support in day-to-day life for various and often complex reasons. You will carry out complex assessments and safeguarding enquiries, using suitable methods to suggest clear, relevant, and appropriate strategies to achieve goals and outcomes and manage risks. Collaborating with adults, their families, carers, advocates, and external organisations, you will provide professional social work support to vulnerable older adults, those with physical and sensory impairments, and their carers.

Must be able to drive and have business insurance
