• Referring to LADO and Local Authority in line with safeguarding and assessments
• Educating Hospital staff about relevant safeguarding matters.
• Completing a full annual social care reassessment within the CPA format.
• Facilitating access to welfare rights, housing, advocacy services and associated support services
• Participating in 1:1 supervision
• Be the Safeguarding Lead

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Social Work England registration
• A Social Work degree
• Experience within similar environment

Where you will be working:Location: Barnet Lane, Elstree, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 3QUYou'll be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team at Barnet Lane Clinic, which is a 30-bed rehabilitation service for people with a mental illness including those diagnosed with a personality disorder.You will work with individuals who may have had placement breakdowns and need intensive review and support to help them move to more independent living, with a focus on supporting people build a better quality of life for themselves and equip them with the skills needed for community living, supportive relationships, and increased independenceWhat you will get:
