What you will do:

• Carry a caseload of children in care, ensuring each child receives the best possible support.
• Progress and manage care plans, focusing on securing adoptive placements or long-term fostering solutions.
• Work with complex cases, including young people in residential care or those transitioning back to family members.
• Engage in direct work with children and young people, promoting their health, education, and relationships.
• Collaborate with team members like the Team Manager, Senior Practitioner, and other Social Workers to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
