Person Specifications
Qualified Social Worker with a degree in Social Work or equivalent.
Registered with Social Work England.
Minimum of three years post-qualifying experience in social work with children and families.
Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
Proven ability to handle complex and sensitive cases with empathy and professionalism.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to the Portsmouth Code of Conduct.
