We're inviting passionate and committed social workers to join our Courts and Permanence Team in North Lincolnshire, a team known for its exceptional expertise, strong peer support, and outstanding reputation within the local court system.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work within a highly skilled and well-regarded team, where you'll be supported by colleagues with extensive experience in court work and permanence planning. You'll play a key role in delivering life-changing outcomes for children and families, working within our One Family Approach to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive.
What You'll Do:
Lead and contribute to care proceedings and permanence planning
Work closely with legal professionals, courts, and multi-agency partners
Provide high-quality assessments and evidence-based recommendations
Support children and families through complex and sensitive processes
Who We're Looking For:
We welcome applications from both experienced social workers and those newly qualified who are eager to learn and grow in a specialist setting.
You'll need to be:

  • Registered (or registering) with Social Work England
  • A qualified social worker (or due to qualify within 3 months)
  • Legally entitled to work in the UK (please note we do not offer visa sponsorship)
  • Skilled in working with children, young people, and families
  • Knowledgeable about statutory responsibilities and court processes in children's social care
  • A confident communicator and collaborator
