What is the job role?
This position is part time 18.5 hours P/W
We are looking for experienced Social Workers to join our Help and Protection area teams permanently. We currently have opportunities available in the West area, Help and Protection area team.
We're on a journey to excellence for Coventry's children, and we're committed to ensure that children are at the heart of our decision-making and ensuring they receive good outcomes
As a Social Worker in Coventry, you will work with diverse communities and deliver experienced social work services to children, young people and families to assess their needs, provide support and safeguard their rights. You will collaborate with other professionals and agencies to deliver person-centred and holistic services.
This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
