What you will do:

• Sustain and cultivate relationships with external fostering agencies to identify suitable long-term carers for children
• Develop child-focused profiles to aid in the matching process and improve placement success
• Collaborate with colleagues in organising marketing events to promote the Family Finding Team's work and achievements
• Participate in dynamic team discussions to ensure a cohesive approach to family finding
• Regularly liaise with residential care providers to ensure a smooth transition for children entering long-term care
