As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of social workers, ensuring high-quality assessments and interventions are delivered. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting a team of social workers to deliver effective services to children and families.
- Managing case loads and ensuring timely completion of assessments and reviews.
- Providing supervision, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Collaborating with other agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to safeguarding.
- Monitoring and evaluating service delivery to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and best practice.
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in children's social care, including management or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
