Waterloo Manor Hospital is the largest female personality disorder service in the United Kingdom with 56 bedrooms, providing specialized assessment and treatment for women with complex mental health needs.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

Registered

Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurses

to join our team!

What You'll be doing

Conduct comprehensive social assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide counseling and support to patients and their families. Assist patients in accessing community resources and services. Advocate for patients' rights and needs within the healthcare system. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation. Participate in discharge planning and follow-up care. Provide education and training to staff on social care practices.

What You'll Need

Degree in Social Work (BSW or MSW) Registration with the HCPC Proven experience in a healthcare or mental health setting, preferably with complex needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
