We are pleased to inform you that an opportunity for
Level 1 Social Workers
has become available in the Complex Care Team.
We are looking for qualified, experienced Adults Social Workers with knowledge of adult social care legislation, principles and best practice. You will have experience of assessing the needs of adults and or their carers and the management of risks, including Safeguarding enquiries.
You will be committed to working creatively within Complex Care Team using The Strengths Based and Person-Centred Approach to enable our residents, who meet eligibility criteria, to experience personalised, integrated care. This role also requires you to support the resident in delivering a high quality, robust, efficient and effective care support that maximises individuals' achievements and enabling independence of residents in collaboration with their family/carers and partnership organisations to support a strengths-based approach that minimises the need for long term services. We will support those needing to complete the ASYE programme, if you have not completed one previously.
You'll be responsible to the Team Manager and be able to fully contribute towards the improvement and efficiency of the Team.
