We have an exciting role on offer within our Specialist and Lifelong Service team as a Social Worker.

About Us




The Older people's community mental health team based at Woodside provides a social work service for Older People with Mental health issues, a diagnosed dementia and Adults diagnosed with early onset dementia in the Middlesbrough area, working with service users and their carers. We are currently seeking to recruit a Social Worker.


To be successful in this role you need a degree in Social Work, have experience in adult social care, be able to work autonomously and be a team player, have sound assessment skills, be adaptable to change, be able to work in a busy environment and to tight time scales, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be committed to multi-disciplinary working.


Our team offers regular supervision and appraisal, excellent training opportunities and strong team identity. Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals.
