is recruiting skilled social care and health professionals across multiple areas including hospital social work, safeguarding, youth justice, housing occupational therapy, and kinship fostering assessments. Social Worker (Hospital, Safeguarding, Kinship Assessment Fostering) Senior Practitioner (Youth Justice Service) Occupational Therapist (Housing)

Candidate Requirements:

Relevant professional qualification and registration (HCPC, Social Work England, etc.). Experience in respective specialties such as safeguarding, hospital discharge, youth justice, occupational therapy assessments, or kinship fostering. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
